When someone asks you, "Why you want to be a recruiter?"
Answer from what you really think you wanted to be a recruiter. But if your answer is going to be any of the below, better think twice before applying for the job.
1. I want to earn money
If this is your answer, I am sorry. There are lot of other jobs that could help you earn money. You should have something more than just making money.
2. I have completed my MBA in HR or MSW
If this is your answer, think twice, why you chose to study HR, if it points back to point 1, think again.
3. To learn
Well, your employer is not paying you to learn. If you want to learn you should look to learn somewhere else may be.
What I would answer would be, recruiting is a job that satisfies your mind. Through my work someone gets a job, someone climbs up the career ladder. There can be nothing satisfying than seeing your fellow human being grow.
