Open only if you have a business 'CEO mindset'

I spend some time analysing the stats of my business every Friday... so that I can include the action items to fill the gaps. I try to find the business areas where I can achieve 80% results with 20% efforts.

If you also think like me, then try to analyze this snapshot from my Affiliate Business.

You can see clicks, items shipped, revenue and my advertising share for my 3 website projects.

Clicks are almost identical but there is a huge difference in the shipped items.

Despite a huge difference in items, the revenue is almost the same for the first two websites.

Revenue might be the same but the advertising profit is not the same (that should the ultimate thing that matters).

So put your 'CEO' hat and let me know which is the most profitable business for me.

If I have to invest 1L rupees for the next 2 months, then how should I allocate the funds between 3 businesses.

Should I consider selling one of these businesses, if yes, then why?

if no, then why?

You don't need any more data to answer the above questions.

Hint: Calculate some ratios to compare business performance. For example, calculate Revenue per item by dividing Revenue with Shipped Items - that will tell you which store is selling high-value products.

Waiting for your email response by Sunday evening.

I will send back another email on Monday.
