I write to you today from Wichita, Kansas where we are officially on lockdown.
Due to the pestilence afflicting the world, we here in the heartland are not supposed to go anywhere unless it is urgent.
This morning, I woke up and read through the gospel of Mathew, prayed, and decided to go to Wal-mart to purchase a kettle-bell so that I could do some exercise here at home.
To my surprise and delight, the streets were full of cars.
To me, it seemed the brightest day I've ever seen in Wichita.
This could be because I have been fasting for four days straight, while praying to the Lord.
The first three days of the fast were quite hard on me physically, but today I woke up with such joy that I needed to share with all of my dear brothers.
On my drive through the city today, and my time shopping at the local store, my mood was so bright, optimistic, and grateful that I felt a deep desire to connect with you and tell you what I have been up to, and to say thank you for being here.
I was praying to the Lord last week when I asked to receive a word from God.
God told me, clearly, to fast for seven days.
So that's what I've been doing; fasting, praying, reading the Bible.
I feel such immense joy and gratitude today that I want you to feel the same.
Many people in the world are gripped with fear right now.
But life should not be lived in fear.
In fact, the Bible says, "For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind."
Therefore, the spirit of fear comes from the evil one and we only feel the spirit of fear when we are far from Jesus.
When we return to Jesus, all fear, anxiety, paranoia, anger, and hatred go away.
This is what happened to me in Mexico; I was washed clean in the blood of Jesus Christ and all my fear went away.
I now put all my trust in the Lord.
And in fact, this is how we can end the pestilence and the possible martial law coming our way.
We can end it all by returning to Jesus and repenting for the horrible things we have all done.
In Acts 17:30, God commands all men everywhere to repent.
I believe this is why God is now allowing this evil to befall us, to give us a chance to repent and to turn back to Lord Jesus.
If we want this evil to end, if we want the spirit of fear to be delivered from us, there is only one way it will happen; by repentance and a belief in Jesus Christ.
"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou salt be saved." Romans 10:9
God is giving us this wonderful opportunity right now to leave our evil ways behind and return to the good and righteous ways of God.
We will not get many more opportunities.
Now is the time to return to God and put your faith where it belongs, on the shoulders of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.
Go to an empty room in your house and say a prayer to Jesus.
Jesus tells us exactly how to pray in Mathew 6:9-13.
Start your prayer this way:
"Our father who art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in Earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen."
After you say this prayer, it is very important that you repent of your sins.
To repent means to change your mind and to leave your evil ways behind.
The evil befalling us is befalling us because of the wretched manner in which our nations have been acting.
Abortions, rampant fornication, hatred of our brothers, killing people in overseas wars.
All of these reasons are why we are suffering, not to mention our own horrible sins.
Confess these sins to God and ask forgiveness of these sins.
In 1 John: 7-9, God promises to cleanse us of our sins and make us righteous.
"But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us."
Brother, it is vitally important to you and to your nation that you repent for your sins and turn from your evil ways.
After you repent of your sins, and do it from the heart, you are then able to ask God for whatever you want and He has promised to oblige.
In Mathew 21:22, He has said, "Whatever you ask for in prayer with faith, you will receive."
My dear brothers, the time is now, and the kingdom of Heaven is at hand.
Go back to Lord Jesus, be washed clean in the blood of the Lamb, heal yourself and heal your nation.
When you do, the world turns from dark to light.
You can be born again and leave your evil ways of hatred, anger, lust, greed, pride, sloth, and all of the others can be left behind.
Even the most wretched sinner can be born again and washed clean in the blood of Jesus.
Not only can the most wretched sinner be saved, but heaven rejoices when the worst of the worst come to the Lord.
Luke 15:7 says, "I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent."
God is just and rich in mercy and He will forgive you.
Friend, these can be dire times if you do not know the love of the Lord.
But if you know the love of the Lord, if you have been saved by the grace of God, these times are wonderful.
Do not forget, my dear brother, this one vital message...
JESUS LOVES YOU.
And He is waiting for you to leave your evil ways and return to Him.
Repent now, and go to Jesus.
This is your only hope.
Go to an empty room, pray to Jesus, confess your sins, be forgiven of your sins, and be born again.
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16
Go to pray right now. Go to Jesus right now. Tomorrow might be too late. Go to the Lord right now. Be saved right now.
Brother, do it now.
The Lord is waiting for you.
