Hey guys, John Doe Bodybuilding here. Let me give you some quick back-story…
For years I bought into the same shit everyone else preaches; squats are king, low reps and heavy weight for size, reps beyond 20 reps/set are useless for muscle building, BLAH…BLAH…BLAH!
I finally woke the fuck up and decided to follow my own intuition based on what I personally felt worked best for myself, combined with different strategies that I had learned throughout the years.
Working out is sort of like coming up under a few different bosses. You learn to take away the good from them and avoid the bad once you find yourself in their position one day.
You learned what to do and what not to do by coming up under them, and you probably told yourself that if you were ever in that position then you'd have ways to make yourself better at the job than they were.
This has been bodybuilding for me; there were plenty of things I was "supposed to do" that just didn't work as well for me.
So I finally began developing my own kickass routines that worked extremely well!
I would literally walk into a gym and let go of all of the stupid rules I wasn't supposed to break and go nuts in there!
Each day became a clean slate and another opportunity to destroy the gym, forgetting about any sort of guidelines or theory type bullshit that all of the "experts" said I should do for the best results!
And you know what?
That is when I began making my best changes!
I started to notice that it wasn't just once or twice a day someone would comment about my physique and bodybuilding…
PEOPLE BEGAN COMMENTING ON MY PHYSIQUE & BODYBUILDING DAMN NEAR EVERYPLACE I WENT!
It didn't take long to figure out that my own systems were working better for me than anything I had ever done in the past!
I knew I had to get these workouts out there to my readers so they could get great results too!

I'm not going to lie, the workout program I've developed is extremely demanding.

I myself was never comfortable just walking into the gym and simply going through the motions.
It almost seemed impossible to just exist in there.
Nah, I had to give it whatever I had in order to try to bring my vision to reality!
The biggest factor I started noticing was there were certain exercises and rep schemes that allowed me to do this in a realistic manner and others that were like hitting a stopping point each time!
For example, it makes no sense to me to continue to fail at a lift by slapping on the same excessive weights week in and week out, only to fail at the same point each time.
