You can be an authorised training partner or a career professional. Income prospects: If you can provide training to 10 persons in a month then your income will be Rs 90,000 per month. Your expected income will be above Rs 1 lakh per month depending on work done and team resourcefulness, as explained in the business proposal. Work Description: You can work on full/part-time basis from your place or in schools/colleges and provide guidance either online or face-to-face. Your main activities will be: 1. to give online training to career professionals; 2. to plan students/adults career using tools & technology provided by the Council; 3. to prepare study contents for academic/competitive/professional exam or employability skills as per your knowledge; 4. to provide career education and guidance services in schools/colleges/universities. Training: To give training or career planning, you have to first get online training of 15 modules which is self-paced and can be completed within 15 days to 15 weeks. Prerequisite: Minimum Bachelor's degree in any relevant field. You require a computer and an internet connection. The Organisation: Career Education Research & Training Council (certc.edu.in) is an apex organisation set up under section 8 of MCA, Government of India for making policies at national level to meet the urgent requirements of career education in schools, bridge the gap between degrees and career competencies and cultivate a culture of "career by choice, not by chance."
