Job Description:
As a Recruiter in Convate, you will have an end-to-end recruitment responsibility, right from sourcing, screening and shortlisting of candidates; scheduling interviews for them based on the feedback received from the clients and tracking all the way to offer; following up with offered candidates till they join.
As a Client Service Executive, you will need to handle clients.
Candidate profile:
We are looking for self-driven, high performance-driven and passionate Recruiters.
We are looking for candidates with good listening skills, thinking skills, communication skills and analytical skills.
Job location:
Old Airport Road (Opposite to Kemp Fort Mall / Shiva Temple) Bangalore, India.
Landmark:
We are on the 2nd Floor of the building, next to HDFC ATM (exactly opposite to Kemp Fort Mall's main entrance).
