This is your weekly segment of 5-Star Friday, a short list of the things I'm enjoying or pondering this week.
*What I'm watching Vegans: The Epitome of Malnourishment 5 - There is an obvious agenda to push the vegan diet upon the unsuspecting and gullible masses. You have to be blind to not see it. Though the agenda to push "plant based" is obvious, what is less obvious is how deleterious and disastrous to human health the vegan diet actually is. Most of the B&Ders are not gullible enough to fall for the vegan scam, but a few are. For this reason, everybody should know wha the vegan diet actually does to your mind and body long-term. In the end you must know that veganism is suicidal self-destruction pushed on you by the mainstream. This "epitome of malnourishment" series is absolutely the best available content showing you what happens to vegans. *Stretches I'm doing 3 Stretches You Should Do EVERY Day! - As we all know, we spend too much time in the modern world SITTING DOWN and not moving our bodies properly. This is disastrous. I myself am stiff as a board though I am far more flexible than I used to be. The stretches and routines on this YouTube channel are some of my favorites because they work really well and the videos are professionally done and easy to follow.
*What I'm reading The Forbidden Knowledge - Children of the Harvest- This is the first book in a 6 book series which is about understanding god, or as the author calls it, the Father and the Mother. This is a really interesting and eye-opening book written by a man who spent 30 years in the church. If you are compelled to know what god is or isn't I would suggest taking a look at this book. If the subject does not compel you, I would not suggest reading it. Nobody can force an awakening.
*Another stretching video Stretching Like David Goggins - 30 Day Challenge || Max's Monthly Challenge - If you know David Goggins, you know he's a crazy guy who goes balls-to-the-wall on everything he does. Like running 100 mile races in the desert. He took that same crazy mindset towards his stretching routine, spending hours per day stretching. The guy who runs this YouTube channel tried to mimic the Goggins routine. If you're looking for a new 30 day challenge, this is a great one.
