Job Description : We are experiencing exponential growth. Do you have a passion for delivering best in class customer service? We have a permanent full time opening for a customer service oriented individual to join us as a General Manager - Customer Service Operations.
Reporting to the Director, Operations and working closely with all departments nation-wide, the successful candidate will be a key member in our mission to provide outstanding customer service.
Description
Your duties of employment include, but are not restricted to, the following: Work collaboratively and proactively with the sales, operations and field teams
Develop and implement new customer service strategy
Deliver best in class service to our customers through prompt and friendly service during all stages of the installation project
Communicate effectively and efficiently with customers, demonstrating care, empathy and urgency
Communicate and negotiate settlements with customers
Ensure customers are surveyed appropriately to ensure complaint resolution was satisfactory
Provide leadership, training, feedback and coaching to the entire Customer Care team
