Skills/competencies/Knowledge required:

̢ۢ Must have 6+ Years of experience in US IT recruitment
̢ۢ Must have a minimum of 2 years experience leading a team of recruiters
̢ۢ Must have good understanding of Software development lifecycle.
̢ۢ Extremely good understanding of US culture, geography & lifecycle of US recruitment process
̢ۢ Should be capable of doing the preliminary technical screening of candidates & validate the genuinity of candidate̢۪ experience
̢ۢ Must have Strong communication, interpersonal & people skills.
̢ۢ Experience using any ATS (Applicant tracking system) is highly preferred.
̢ۢ Must have experience training recruiters
̢ۢ Must have rational thinking, positive attitude & problem solving skills.

Responsibilities:
̢ۢ Managing & allocating the work of team members
̢ۢ Ensuring quality of resumes submitted by team members
̢ۢ Ensuring TAT is met for all requirements assigned
̢ۢ Manage tem metrics, productivity & service level.
̢ۢ Constantly communicating with the team & Account Managers on requirements priority
̢ۢ Implement recruitment strategies & plans to improve volume, TAT & quality
̢ۢ Responsible for process adherence & policy compliance of the team
̢ۢ Improve the performance of the individuals in the team by training, mentoring and coaching
̢ۢ Conduct regular team meetings & one-one-one meeting with team members as required
̢ۢ Acquiring new vendors & evaluating new vendors introduced by team members.
