Dear Jay, The Recruiting Lead will handle a team of 6 to 8 recruiters. He/She will be mentoring & leading the team & responsible for the performance of the team members. Skills/competencies/Knowledge required: ⢠Must have 6+ Years of experience in US IT recruitment ⢠Must have a minimum of 2 years experience leading a team of recruiters ⢠Must have good understanding of Software development lifecycle. ⢠Extremely good understanding of US culture, geography & lifecycle of US recruitment process ⢠Should be capable of doing the preliminary technical screening of candidates & validate the genuinity of candidateâ experience ⢠Must have Strong communication, interpersonal & people skills. ⢠Experience using any ATS (Applicant tracking system) is highly preferred. ⢠Must have experience training recruiters ⢠Must have rational thinking, positive attitude & problem solving skills. Responsibilities: ⢠Managing & allocating the work of team members ⢠Ensuring quality of resumes submitted by team members ⢠Ensuring TAT is met for all requirements assigned ⢠Manage tem metrics, productivity & service level. ⢠Constantly communicating with the team & Account Managers on requirements priority ⢠Implement recruitment strategies & plans to improve volume, TAT & quality ⢠Responsible for process adherence & policy compliance of the team ⢠Improve the performance of the individuals in the team by training, mentoring and coaching ⢠Conduct regular team meetings & one-one-one meeting with team members as required ⢠Acquiring new vendors & evaluating new vendors introduced by team members.
