- Frequently meeting with the HR's to evaluate the needs
- Forecasting the flow of projects as per the industry changes
- Preparing the team to meet the forcasted demands - Bridging the Gap between the clients & the operation team - resolving the issues faced by operation team for any projects - Quality check of deliveries for the projects procured - Rigorous followup for the feedback on work in progress - Convincing the team about the role & the employer
