I am excited to share the whole process that we learned along with our freelance paid writers in the last 5 months. 

We launched the first batch of Content Writing Pro course in Sep 2018 and it was a great success. 

The second batch was also good but we did some mistakes with Batch-3

We measure the success rate of our batches with the number of freelance writers that we picked. The first batch outperformed so far. 

I have launched the Batch-4 that would start tomorrow at 9:00PM.

You can apply for a freelance writer position after completing the course. Here are the terms
  1. You would start as 2-star writer earning 0.50 rupees per word
  2. Minimum word commitment is 10,000 words every month. Means you would earn at least 5000 rupees every month.
  3. There is no upper limit as of now because we have a lot of content to write.
  4. You would be upgraded to 3-star writer once you complete 20,000 words. The price is revised to 0.60 rupees per word. 
  5. You would be upgraded to 4-star & 5-star writer with time.. Price would range from 0.70 rupees per word to 2 rupees per word. 
  6. In case you break the minimum commitment then you would lose the association as our writer. You can apply again whenever you have time but we can only accept you depending on demand/supply at that time. 
The above rules would be applicable to all new & old writers. 

There is another category of core writers who work directly with me on the web properties that I handle.  

We stopped accepting writers directly from the market because it was difficult to set the right working environment with them. Our students understand our writing style & working methods. 

I am welcoming new writers in the market. We already got 5-6 writers who are writing like pro now.. they started from zero knowledge a couple of months back.
