Talent Head / Talent Manager / Trainee
As Talent Head:
You will be P&L owner and are required to do all the activities in end to end recruitment process.
As Talent Manager:
You can take up any one or more activities in end to end recruitment process.
As Talent Executive:
you will start with Candidate Management and basis your interest, performance and potential can take up other activities in end to end recruitment process.
Trainee / Intern:
We will train you on the activities of your interest in end to end recruitment process. On completion of training you will undergo an assessment center and maybe absorbed by AZ.
