We are a Staffing and Recruitment consultancy, "committed to make a difference". We are predominantly into IT recruitment, with major clients in Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Mumbai. We are also handling recruitment of Front-line Marketing and Customer Support personnel for one of India's largest Life Insurance Companies.

We are looking at people who can work with us on a freelance basis with profit sharing. Since this a freelance kind of work, there are no targets or time commitment. You can choose your target number of closures and work time.

Telephone, internet and other facilities need to be arranged by you.
You need not undergo the hassle of accessing job portals. Our core team will be providing you with a list of probable candidates. Some of the activities expected of you are listed below:
· Scrutinize candidate details, and
· Ascertain their suitability for the position,
· Contact the candidates by voice call and email, sms etc.
· Prepare tracker and forward the details of the interested candidates either to our core team or to clients directly as per instructions
· Schedule interviews of shortlisted candidates
· General follow up and hand-holding of the candidates, till the time of joining.
Your compensation will be based on the position filled.
The above will be subject to the candidate joining and completing the minimum service period as per client agreement.
The contract agreement will be on a "best effort basis" on both sides. You should strive to put in maximum efforts to ensure full satisfaction of the clients' requirement so that all required positions are filled up quickly with good quality candidates. In turn, we will ensure continuous flow of work to keep you profitably engaged.
We are also looking for Business Development Executives. This will involve contacting client organisations and canvassing for Staffing and Recruitment opportunities.Here your compensation will be upto 60% of the billing amount.
You will have to sign a formal confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement with us, to protect the interests of our clients.
