Proficient to expert level in using documentation tools (Adobe FrameMaker 12, RoboHelp 11, MSOffice Suite, Illustrator, Paint shop Pro, Captivate, and Photoshop). 3. Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience in documenting software and hardware products. 4. Excellent technical communication skills with an eye for detail. 5. Good technical acumen, ability to understand and interpret highly technical information pertaining to complex software Applications for clear and concise documentation. 6. Ability to understand requirements and deliver international quality writing. 7. Should be well versed in Technical Writing concepts, practices, and procedures. 8. Should have prior experience in creating videos for software applications. Job Description: 1. Study/understand the product/application that is to be documented. 2. Understand the related technology and processes. 3. Interview the SMEs and collect the required information. 4. Carry out Audience Analysis and Task Analysis. 5. Design the documents and develop content for a variety of technical documents and/or manuals, articles, reports, and brochures for a wide range of users. 6. Should be able to get the work done by collaborating with the cross functional teams. 7. Perform a variety of tasks across projects with limited supervision. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. 8.  Self-Review the documents before submitting them for a peer review and technical review.
