Cleaning my email list (1 of 7)

I was not active in my business for the last 2 months.  Today I was analysing my email list and found that many of the members are not getting relevant emails.  I am on a cleaning drive now.  There would be 3 segments #1. Active Segment who will receive the insightful emails regularly #2. Passive Segment - who will occasionally receive emails (just major updates) #3.
