Job Description	· 2-7 years of experience in the US IT Staffing. · Should have experience working for one or more niche skills like Guidewire, Big Data, Thunderhead, Duck Creek, Cerner, Oracle ERP, Mobile technologies and UI/UX. · Should have good experience in the Boolean Search Strings (like AND OR NOT etc.) · Should be well versed with various job boards like Monster, Dice, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. · Should have good experience in End to End Recruitment process. · Should have a Go Getter attitude and ability to work under pressure. · Should have experience working majorly on W2 requirements (10% C2C). · Knowledge of US Visa Types · Experience working with P&C Domain clients · Will have work from home option after 1 year
